If you have questions about the styles of massage I do . This is the place to be!
One very important rule I have about going on site or to your home is as follows . If you are male , you must have a female present the entire time I am there . If I come to the appointment and there is no female at the door to greet me . I will have to leave and return when a female can be present. I will call on my cell phone when I get there, so that my husband knows when I should return home . once again , since I don't know you yet , this is for my personal safety. Thank you for understanding!

I received my education at Utah college of Massage Therapy in Sept. of 1997. With 800 hours and now 13 years experience.

Why did I choose massage therapy? I wanted to learn how to relax for myself and didn't really know what that felt like until I had my first massage. My sister and friend and I received a massage at the school and that's when I knew that massage was for me . I have never regretted that choice ever since. I love to sooth peoples physical pain and help them distress from life.

The types of massage that I specialize in are .....

Deep Tissue- Techniques that utilize deep-tissue/deep-muscle massage are administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. It helps with chronic muscular pain and injury rehabilitation and reduces inflammation-related pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis.

Swedish-One of the most commonly taught and well-known massage techniques. Swedish massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. Light strokes are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.

Trigger Point Therapy-Trigger points are described as hyper irritable spots in skeletal muscles that are associated with palpable nodules in tight bands of muscle fibers.

Pre and Post Natal-Specific techniques can reduce pregnancy discomforts and concerns and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. Skilled, appropriate touch facilitates labor, shortening labor times and easing pain and anxiety.

chair massage-involves the use of a specially designed massage chair in which the client sits comfortably. Seated massage includes bodywork and somatic techniques, such as shiatsu, and Swedish massage, provided to the fully clothed client in a variety of settings.
